3.1 Reservations and Payments

  • All dome rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received, as specified during booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if we suspect fraudulent or inappropriate activity or errors in the booking.

3.2 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rental package and season. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
  • If applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather). In such cases, we will provide a refund or credit based on the portion of services rendered.

3.3 Delivery and Retrieval

  • Rental items will be delivered and picked up by our company.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining authorization for the rental location, including the time needed for delivery and retrieval.
  • The delivery location must be accessible by a 20ft truck with ample parking available, and the installation site must be within 100 feet of the truck.
  • Any delays due to access issues will incur additional charges.

3.4 Use and Care of Rental Items

  • Rental items must only be used at the agreed-upon location and for their intended purposes.
  • Clients must take reasonable care to prevent damage, breakage, theft, or misuse of rental items.
  • Clients agree to follow provided instructions on the proper and safe use of the rental items.

3.5 Damage and Loss

  • Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items during the rental period.
  • Full replacement costs will be charged for damaged or missing items.
  • For repairable damage, a fee reflecting the cost of professional cleaning or repair will be assessed.

4. Website Use

4.1 Account Registration

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Website.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Website without authorization.
